Children’s Choir

The St. Thomas and St. Timothy Children’s Choir is open to children of various ages to engage with Catholic liturgy through music. Choristers will explore the vast collection of sacred music while developing their singing and musicianship technique. The repertoire ranges from hymns and mass responses to 2-part polyphony by classical and contemporary composers. Musical literacy is not required, however each chorister must be able to read and take instruction.

Rehearsal & Performance Overview: Weekly rehearsals are held on Wednesdays from 3:50-4:50 pm in the choir loft at St. Thomas (immediately following Faith Formation classes). The choir will sing at the 10:30 am Sunday Mass once a month with a brief rehearsal beginning at 10:00 am that day. Both the Adult Choir and the Children’s Choir will sing together at these masses from the choir loft.

Parish Choir

Rehearsals are every other week on Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00 pm with additional times scheduled at the beginning and end of the season. We will continue our weekly Sunday morning rehearsals prior to mass, but please note the new start time is 9:15 am.
