deepen their relationship with God and learn more about their faith.

Parish Center at St. Thomas Church Tuesdays 7:00pm

Crossfire is a group for Young Adults in their 20’s and 30’s. We meet every Tuesday for Bible Study, focusing on the readings for the upcoming Sunday. We also meet for dinner, social events and volunteering. If you are a young adult interested in fellowship, please email sta.crossfire@gmail.com for more information, or feel free to visit any Tuesday.

The Adult enrichment Committee helps to organize Bible Study and Book Groups throughout the year. New programs will be announced for the Fall. There is also a Men’s group who offers a monthly bible study.

The vision for parish partnership with Hallow is fourfold:

1. To foster a personal encounter with Jesus Christ

2. To help people build robust habits of daily, personalized prayer

3. To build relationships through small Christian community

4. To help fuel the mission of the parish

Through the partnership, we’ll have our own custom page in the app through which parishioners are able to create a profile, share prayer requests, take part in prayer challenges, and discover new ways to grow their faith.

How will I benefit from Bible Study?

Bible study is not just a “nice to do” exercise – rather, it is a transformative experience that will touch every aspect of your life. For one evening a week, and 10 minutes a day, you will deepen your relationship with God and receive everything good that flows from that. As Catholics, we rarely study the Bible as a cohesive whole. This course will allow you to open the treasure chest of your faith – and better understand how the readings during mass fit into God’s salvation plan for all of us.

Whether you are brand new to Bible study or highly experienced, come spend time and fellowship with your spiritual community this fall. Invest in yourself – you won’t regret it.

Do I have time for Bible Study?

YES, you will have the time. Obviously you get out what you put into any activity.  The course is designed to have some daily readings and a robust video lecture and group discussion once a week. As long as you can make one of the two weekly sessions offered, you have the time.
